Audit of the young FAIR groups leaders' actitivies, 28th of November 2016, Moscow

Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research in Europe (hereinafter - FAIR) – is an international organization, in which the Russian Federation is one of the shareholders.

Audit of the young FAIR groups leaders' actitivies (hereinafter - Audit) is organized by FAIR-Russia Research Center (hereinafter - FRRC) and takes place in the bld. 40 of FSBI "SSC RF ITEP" of NRC "Kurchatov Institute" on the 28th of November 2016.

The aim of the Audit is evaluation of the leaders work - winners of 2013 FRRC Contest among young FAIR groups leaders - and their groups work as well as evaluation of effectiveness and necessity of continuation of the young FAIR groups leaders program.

Program of the Audit includes presentations of the leaders work results in the frame of the research under the topics of the main FAIR collaborations: NuSTAR, PANDA, CBM, APPA, Accelerators. The working language of the Audit will be English.

Leaders provide the detailed report in English on their work to FRRC before the 31st of October, which will be send to the members of the international commission of the Audit 4 weeks prior to the Audit.

At the Audit leaders will present their reports to the international commission. Each presentation should take up to 30 minutes. There will be 20 minutes for questions and 10 minutes for the discussion by the Audit commission after each presentation.

Besides that there will be closed session of the Audit commission, at which work of the leaders and their groups will be evaluated. The Audit commission will also provide the evaulation of effectiveness of the young FAIR groups leaders program and the conclusion on necessity of its continuation.

Participation in the Audit is obligatory for all leaders. Ogranizational expenses for the audit, travel and accommodation costs will be paid by the Organizing committee.
