This is the second announcement of the International workshop “QCD at nonzero baryon density”, that will be held in Moscow from Monday, October 2 to Wednesday, October 4, 2017.
VENUE AND ORGANIZATION
International workshop “QCD at nonzero baryon density” will be held at the National Research Center “Kurchatov Institute”, Academic Kurchatov square, 1, Moscow. The Workshop is organized by the FAIR-Russia Research Center and supported by the National Research Center “Kurchatov Institute” and GSI.

During the Workshop coffee breaks and lunches will be served on site of the conference.
There is no registration fee at the Workshop. The program will consist of regular talks and review talks.
The first version of the Workshop Programme will be ready soon.
ACCOMMODATION
Most of the participants will stay at the hotel „Aerostar“ (125167, Moscow, Leningrad prospect, 37, bld. 9)

The participants will be taken by bus from the hotel to the Kurchatov Institute and back.
EXCURSION
There will be a short excursion to the Kurchatov Institute Computer Center and Welcome Reception on the first day of the Workshop. Excursion to the Moscow center will be organized .on the last day, in the evening.

WEATHER & TRAVEL IN MOSCOW

First bulletin
International workshop “QCD at nonzero baryon density” (hereinafter – Workshop) will be held on October 2 – 4, 2017 at the National Research Center “Kurchatov Institute”, Moscow. The Workshop is organized by the FAIR-Russia Research Center and supported by the National Research Center “Kurchatov Institute” and GSI.
At the Workshop 30-40 participants are planned to present their results on nonzero density and temperature QCD and related topics obtained using Lattice QCD methods or various phenomenological approaches.
List of the topics:
- Lattice QCD at nonzero baryon chemical potential and temperature;
- Phenomenology of quark matter at nonzero baryon density and temperature;
- Heavy ion collisions.
The program will consist of regular talks and review talks.
To participate in the Workshop we kindly ask the interested persons to register on-line on the site
of the Workshop.
The on-line registration deadline is July 15.
There is no registration fee at the Workshop. The organizing committee will be able to cover local expenses for limited number of participants. We kindly ask the interested persons to send the request of financial support to the organizing committee.
