The meeting on the physics programme PANDA in the FAIR project took place 26-27 November 2012 together with joint scientific and educational event «Physics of the new states of matter». The meeting took place in Dubna. The main topics of the meeting were:
-PANDA Experiment
-New quarkonium research results in CERN
-Programs of matter research in JINR
-Software for the experiment
-Results of PANDA physical processes modeling
-Construction of the PANDA experimental facility
