On December, 5, 2008,

the third meeting of FAIR – Russia Research Center (FRRC) Council was held at Institute for Theoretical and Experimental Physics, Moscow under FRRC roof. Members of FRRC Council unanimously have approved the list of the winners of the First FRRC Competition proposed by FRRC directors. FAIR Russia Research Center congratulates all winners and wishes them a successful start of the project.
