Two-day course on scientific presentations

Two-day course on scientific presentations was given on the 28 – 29 April by Dr. Sascha Vogel from HGS-HIRe in the scope of FRRC. The course took place was held at the Department of Quantum Mechanics of the Physics faculty at Saint-Petersburg State University.

CATIA lectures

A series of twelve CATIA v5 lessons for 5-th year students of MEPhI chair “Extreme states of Matter” located in ITEP was carried out by FRRC from 11/02/2014 till 29/04/2014.


Course of lectures on programming on FAIR supercomputer at ITEP

Lectures on calculations on FAIR supercomputer took place at ITEP 3 and 10 February. Lushevskaya Elena and Mikhail Prokudin gave the talks as the lecturers.

Youth School - Seminar "The Contribution of young Russian scientists in the FAIR project» took place at FRRC 12-13 November 2013. FRRC fellows gave their presentations on their activite in 2013 in the scope of FAIR project. Hans Gutbrod (FRRC co-director, GSI) and Herbert Löhner (Professor emeritus, Kernfysisch Versneller Instituut (KVI), University of Groningen) participated in the seminar as experts.
